Stephen Hall
Vice Chair-
Stephen Hall: Vice Chair
With business acumen and expertise that comes from 20 years in the field, Mr. Hall builds long-term client relationships by consulting with numerous organizations on issues of fundraising, organizational planning and development and communications. Among his specialties: strategic planning, marketing, donor research, fundraising planning studies, system analysis, readiness assessments and case development.
Mr. Hall has spearheaded numerous initiatives including the Centennial Committee & Fund at Boston University's College of Arts and Sciences and the annual giving effort for The Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is an active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals' Mentor Committee, and has served on the boards the Pima County Medical Society Foundation and Thunderbird, and is a member of the Yale School of Management's Nonprofit Ventures Resource Center.
A retired Naval Intelligence Officer, Mr. Hall is a graduate of Boston University and received his graduate management degree from Thunderbird. He is a published author and called-upon expert for media including the Wall Street Journal, Entrepreneur Magazine and CNBC's "Money Talk."

Kirstin Wolfe-Flores

Kirstin Wolfe-Flores: Secretary
Having served as the State Victims' Rights Administrator for the Attorney General's Office of Victim Services since May 2000, she is responsible for supporting law enforcement, prosecutorial, court, and correctional agencies that have duties established and defined by victims' rights laws. In doing so, she provides technical assistance and manages programs that advance uniformity, efficiency, and victims rights compliance statewide. She also administers a formula grant program that provides funding to 59 criminal justice agencies around the state. Kirstin is an active member of the Arizona Coalition for Victim Services and chairs the membership committee, while also serving on other committees. Previous to this position, Kirstin worked in the public health field in an administrative capacity. Kirstin has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Wittenberg University in Ohio and a Master's degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.

Karen Stites

Karen Stites: Treasurer
Karen has worked in the insurance industry for over twenty years and brings a Certified Internal Audit and Fraud Examiner background to Bravery Project. As a detail oriented and integrity driven person, Karen ensures Bravery Project remains transparent and follows all correct procedures regarding funds. She has donated time and resources to local animal shelters and other non-profit organizations in the past. She is a graduate of Arizona State University.

Christy Moore-
Christy Moore: Board Member
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Christy earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. She has served the community benefit sector for over a decade, overseeing agencies that address health, safety and justice concerns for individuals, families and communities. Christy has special interests in assisting community benefit agencies achieve their full potential by increasing operational budgets, capital assets and human capacity. She has been instrumental in developing award winning, innovative programs and services in Nevada and Arizona. She currently leads Organizational Effectiveness for the largest community benefit agency in Arizona addressing reproductive health care and rights. She also serves as the Member Programs Coordinator for the National Association of Social Workers – Arizona Chapter and as Faculty for the University of Phoenix.
Christy is the President of Zonta Foundation of the East Valley and the Parliamentarian for District 9. Zonta International is a global organization of executives and professionals working together to advance the status of women worldwide through service and advocacy. She is a runner, a certified yoga teacher and a frequent customer at local coffee shops and vegetarian friendly restaurants.

Dr. Janet Baker-
Dr. Janet Baker: Advisory Member
Janet is currently Curator of Asian Art at Phoenix Art Museum. Her background includes study and research at Nanjing University and the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing during the 1980s. She speaks, reads and writes Mandarin Chinese. She received a Ph.D. in Asian Art History from the University of Kansas in 1991, with a specialization in ancient Chinese art.
Prior to coming to Phoenix in 2000, Dr. Baker was Director of Education and Curator of Asian Art at the Bowers Museum of Cultural Art in Santa Ana, CA, and taught Global Art History at Baruch College in New York City. From 1986 1999, Dr. Baker and her then-husband, Chinese artist Gao Xiao-hua, promoted the exhibition and understanding of Chinese contemporary art and culture through their business partnership, Red Star Studios in New York and Los Angeles.
Dr. Baker has published scholarly research in English and Chinese in several countries, including China, Japan, India and Germany. She has travelled extensively in numerous Asian countries, including Japan, Korea, India, Nepal, Tibet, Taiwan, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Sri Lanka. She has appeared on CBS Sunday Morning, Chinese-language TV in Los Angeles, and on several Voice of America global broadcasts in English and Chinese.
In her leisure time, Dr. Baker enjoys swimming, biking, hiking and playing the piano. She is a patron of the Phoenix Symphony and the Desert Botanical Garden.

Linda King-
Linda King: Advisory Member
Soon after moving to El Paso, she began as a volunteer for The Center Against Family Violence.
In September 2001, Linda and John experienced a great tragedy in their life when their daughter was murdered. Linda began working even harder to make her voice heard in the community. She served on the Board of Directors for MADD and the Coalition for the Homeless. She has spoken to thousands of high school and middle school students about dating/domestic violence.
In 2005 Linda and John relocated to the Mesa Arizona area and Linda presently is a volunteer in the Victims Assistance Program for Mesa Police Department, and Gilbert CAN Steering Committee.
In 2007 Linda formed Fix the Hurt Corp, a not-for-profit, domestic violence awareness and prevention organization. Fix the Hurt has developed numerous programs for presentation to schools, corporations, civic organizations and the prison system. Her latest project is Domestic Violence, The Musical?, a one-hour play which engages the audience in the fight to end domestic violence, hold the abuser accountable and empower the victim.

Dr. Kristin Forrester-
Dr. Kristin Forrester: Advisory Member
Kristin completed her BS in Criminal Justice at Old Dominion University and her MS in Justice Administration at University of Louisville, home of the world renowned Southern Police Institute of Security and Justice and the National Crime Prevention Institute. Kristin's PhD was earned at George Mason University. After the completion of her MS she began working for a prominent security firm. Her love for and desire to help children brought her to the teaching field where she worked as a special education teacher. Since leaving the classroom, Kristin Forrester has worked in school security consulting and education policy. Kristin is the education editor for Virginia Virtucon, a conservative blog covering National and Virginia politics.
Kristin's daughter, Emily Love, attends Dumfries Elementary School where Kristin served as PTA secretary during the 2008-2009 school year. Community service is a large part of Kristin's life. She serves on the Town of Dumfries Board of Zoning Appeals and is on the Board of Directors for Bravery Project, a Phoenix, Arizona based non-profit providing recovery services to victims of domestic violence. At Bravery Project, Kristin works to raise awareness about elder abuse and nursing home conditions. She is also active in the Daughters of the American Revolution Prince William Resolves, for whom she is the Literacy Committee Chair. Additionally, she leads Girl Scout Daisy Troop 2669 and actively participates in the Children of the American Revolution "Light Horse Harry" Lee Society. This is, of course, when she isn't serving as taxi driver for her daughter who is on the dance team at All That and Jazz in Montclair. Kristin and Emily Love attend Dumfries United Methodist Church.
